Every product in our catalog includes a Size Chart below the product images. Because we customize products from a variety of brands and manufacturers, sizing can vary from one item to another. A size Large in one garment may not fit exactly the same as a size Large in another style.
For the best fit, please review the Size Chart on each product before placing your order. We recommend measuring a similar item you already own and comparing those measurements in inches to the Size Chart for the product you want to purchase.
Please note that minor size variation is normal. A difference of up to 1 inch from the listed measurements is generally considered within the manufacturer’s tolerance.
Absolutely — your security is our priority. All orders and sensitive information are protected with advanced 256-bit TLS encryption (the modern standard for secure websites). Credit card details are never stored in our database and are securely transmitted directly to our payment processor. Additionally, our website undergoes daily security scans by Qualys Secure to help ensure your transactions remain protected.
We have no order minimums whatsoever. Whether you need 1 item or 1,000, we’re here to help.
Our no minimum policy is something we’re proud of because it gives you the flexibility to order exactly what you need — without setup fees or extra charges for multiple design colors.
Because all products are custom made to order and enter production immediately after checkout, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including spelling, colors, quantities, sizes, and any personalization details, as personalized products will be produced exactly as submitted.
Please note that personalization fields accept standard alphanumeric characters only, so special characters, symbols, and emojis cannot be used.
Most orders are produced within 1-3 business days. Larger orders may take longer, and orders of 12 or more units may take up to 5 business days. During peak seasons, including back-to-school and the holidays, production times may be extended.
Shipping time is in addition to production time. Once your order is complete, you will receive a tracking email when it has been handed off to the carrier.
We ship using a variety of partners, including USPS, UPS and OSM (a USPS-approved shipping consolidator). At checkout, you can choose the shipping method that best fits your needs.
Please note that selecting an expedited shipping method does not speed up production. It only affects transit time after your order has shipped.
Orders are typically delivered within 2-8 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping method selected and the delivery location within the continental United States.
We do not guarantee delivery timing once an order has left our fulfillment center.
We stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship. If your item has a product defect or printing error that does not match the attributes selected in your order, we will replace it at no charge. We do not offer refunds.
Because all items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect sizes, product selections, designs, spelling, quantities, or delivery timing.
Some products and designs are intentionally distressed or vintage in appearance. If you have questions before placing your order, please contact us first.
All product customization is completed at our facility in Detroit, Michigan.
The blank products we customize come from a variety of manufacturers and U.S. distributors, so origin may vary by item. Each product typically includes a label indicating its origin.
We use the decoration method best suited to each product in order to achieve the highest possible quality.
Based on the item you select, your products may be customized using DIGISOFT®, UV DTF, or sublimation.
Because different products may use different decoration methods, you may notice slight differences in print feel or color shade across items in the same order.
