Do you ship worldwide? 


Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

This depends on what you order. Our suppliers have warehouses in different locations so your order it may be sent to you in multiple shipments.

How long will my order take to deliver?

For custom products sourced in the US, your order will take 3 to 7 days to arrive for US customers. It will take 1 to 3 Weeks for International orders.

For globally sourced products your order will take between 2 to 4 weeks to arrive at your doorstep. Depending on different countries' custom restrictions, this may take longer. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Will I have to pay any customs fees?

We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However, we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the balance.

What are my payment options?

We accept payments by Paypal and Stripe and you can use any major credit card with either payment system including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

What are my delivery options?

We currently only offer one standard shipping option.

How secure is your site? 

Our site is fully secured we use an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.
In addition, Make A Wish Store processes payments using either Paypal or Stripe payment gateways. Both payment methods are world leaders in secure payment processing.

Can I amend my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We usually ship items out within one (1) working day, so we cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out the correct items and shipping info.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

How do I track my parcel?

You can track the parcel via the email we sent you. We also have a link to our Order Tracking page on our site

Can I return or exchange an item?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds are only applicable to items that are defective or damaged. We offer a 30 day refund time, if applicable,  from the date you receive your parcel.

Returns & Exchanges are only applicable in the event that the item that was shipped was in our error, defective, damaged.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost by the courier


What if I received a faulty item?

If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via the 'Contact Us' page on our website.
